Today was a beautfully relaxed day. We had the entire day to enjoy the park. Despite having to rush to Darwin, we’ve cut our sightseeing in quantity, but not in quality.
Karijini is filled with the most gorgeous natural pools! We spent hours swimming and enjoying ourselves. After a lovely morning of swimming, we set up camp at about 2pm. We discovered that our wombat has an awning! It works wonderfully! We played a game of bowls, but had to stop because of torrential rains.
The camp had great bbq facilities. I made aloo-gobi for dinner, and we drank the lovely wine that Jonny’s the Libbys gave us before leaving. It was a nice evening.
